Ever since the company started in 1950, treating people with respect has been the basis of the way we do business. Over the years, we have worked to build long-term relationships with suppliers and partners who share our values. We want to ensure that our products are made without using child labour, that the employees are paid a fair wage, and that the facility maintains a safe working environment. To ensure that our values carry through into the future, we’ve joined the Business Social Compliance Initiative to help us audit our suppliers, and to work together with them to improve the working conditions in their factories.
